Welcome to the May 15-30 Website!
The goal of this project is to design and fabricate a relatively fast, compact, high strength magnetic pulse generator. As communication technology advances, the need for efficient, small-scale, low cost switches to place within these systems has steadily increased, creating a problem in which a solution has yet to be achieved. The pulse generator we are creating for this project will address the need for economical, high-speed switches in various settings such as bio-medical therapy and magneto-optic systems.
